Step 1: Moonlit Cradles is based in Chicago, Illinois. We are available to provide care anywhere in the world, and travel with families regularly. Use the contact link at the top right and fill out the form to express interest in hiring a Newborn Care Specialist.

Step 2: We will provide you with an intake form and consult with you before searching for your perfect Newborn Care Specialist (NCS). In most cases, you will be matched with at least 3 caregivers to interview and choose from. Moonlit Cradles ensures the accuracy of resume, and runs a thorough background check on all NCS candidates before interviewing may begin.

Step 3: Once you’ve chosen your NCS, Moonlit Cradles will assist with negotiating rates and caregiver requests, then move forward with contract signing between both parties.

Step 4: You and your selected NCS will proceed with scheduling and Moonlit Cradles will fade to the background but always be here to support your caregiver and family. Continuing support throughout your contract as needed.
