Step 1: Moonlit Cradles candidates are able to provide newborn care anywhere in the world, and travel with families regularly. Use the contact link at the top right and fill out the form to express interest in hiring a Newborn Care Specialist.

Step 2: We will provide you with an intake form and consult with you before searching for your perfect Newborn Care Specialist (NCS). In most cases, you will be matched with at least 3 caregivers to interview and choose from. Moonlit Cradles ensures the accuracy of resumes, and runs a thorough background check on all NCS candidates before interviewing may begin.

Step 3: Once you’ve chosen your NCS, Moonlit Cradles will assist with negotiating rates and caregiver requests, then move forward with contract signing between both parties.

Step 4: You and your selected NCS will proceed together independently of Moonlit Cradles, but we will always be here to support your caregiver and family as needed throughout the contract.
