Overnight Newborn Care is a service provided 3 to 7 nights per week for the first 8 to 16 weeks of your baby’s life. When a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) comes to your home, they will always follow the AAP recommended safe sleep guidelines with your baby at night. They will bottle feed or bring the baby to momma for feeding, take care of diaper changing, collect and store pumped breastmilk if needed, clean and sanitize all feeding equipment used that night, and over time, wean the baby off of their nighttime feedings using sleep conditioning techniques.

A postpartum doula centers themselves on the care of the recovering birth parent. Making snacks, drawing a bath, bringing them items for comfort.
